Emergenza nel reparto lunghi per i Memphis Grizzlies a una settimana dal via dei Playoff NBA. Secondo quanto riportato da Adrian Wojnarowski di ESPN si allungano, ormai inesorabilmente, i tempi di recupero dall’infortunio per Steven Adams.

Come Memphis corre ai ripari dopo l’infortunio di Steven Adams

L’ex OKC Thunder si era sottoposto l’8 marzo scorso a un trattamento di iniezione di cellule staminali per intervenire sul problema al legamento crociato posteriore del ginocchio destro. Con ogni probabilità sarà costretto a saltare l’intera campagna Playoff.

Brandon Clarke, sua riserva nella rotazione di coach Jenkins, è alle prese con un problema al tendine d’Achille che l’ha messo fuori gioco. Palla dunque a Xavier Tillman Sr. e al rookie dell’anno G League Kenneth Lofton Jr, (che ha visto convertito il suo two-way contract).

Taglio invece per Kennedy Chandler, che può tuttavia fregiarsi di qualche comparsa nella nostra Rookie Ladder a stagione in corso.
